Tecovas in Legacy Place in Dedham MA provided us with great service. Julia did a fantastic job embroidering our custom boots and helping us select and design our cowboy boots! She was very knowledgeable and professional. We highly recommend shopping there.

Amazing service here. I called ahead to see if they had a specific boot in my size. Sean set them aside for me and had them ready when I came in. His fitting advice was very detailed and helped me decide whether to keep the size I ordered online or exchange. I also really appreciated that they let me exchange at the same price I had paid online during a promotion. I don’t write a lot of reviews, but there were a few ways it could have gone sideways for me (not in stock, sizing trouble, no price match), but instead it went so smoothly. 10/10 can’t wait to buy more boots here.

Couldn't help but order another pair of boots! This time I got The Abby in red. I love them so much! Shout out to Maddie for helping me pick out the perfect pair. It was love at first sight! Sean, the branding master, added some cute stars on the toes for me! I've been painting them over the weekend, I'll insert a quick snap. This store is awesome, and the workers are incredibly helpful. The southern hospitality is really shining through!

My 8 year old boots have finally called it quits. I went to have the soles repaired and the guy said I was better off buying new boots (which i knew was going to be the answer). 4 stores later, i finally found Tecovas. It was the best in-store experience I have had in a long time! Great attitude, great atmosphere, and great music (if you love old school country). They offered beverages, old me to take my time and make sure I was happy with what I was buying. They even gave my 3 yr old daughter a picture to color! I will definitely be coming back here for more attire, and absolutely spreading the word to all my friends that re looking for boots. Highly suggest Tecovas to anyone looking for country western attire.

Absolutely incredible experience. I have been looking at Tecovas for a while, but was hesitant at pulling the trigger because of the price and not being sure of my fit with ordering online. Coincidentally and accidentally ended up in front of the store in Dedham and decided to go in and check it out just to see how they fit. We were greeted by Jakob who proceeded to answer all of our questions and was very patient in pulling out every single pair of boot possible so that I could try them on. He was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, and quite frankly was the main reason that I decided to pull the trigger. Some of the first pairs that my eyes were on were comfortable, but they would’ve required more breaking in. After trying on about four or five pairs, he made a recommendation for one pair, and after trying them on, they were the most comfortable and the best possible shoes for me. If it were not for his guidance and professionalism, I probably would not have pulled the trigger right then. But he was completely able to direct us to the best pair, and also proceeded to inform us of other promotions to make sure that we got the best bang for our buck. I cannot rate the store or the experience high enough. I highly recommend.

Very excited to see a Tecovas open up close to home. Sean and his team provided the authentic and unique shopping experiences that this store is known for. What sets this store apart is the lobster branding and how well they placed and burned it in. Will be back for more boots and cloths.

Had a great experience at the store thanks to Perla (?). I was looking for a loafer that I found online in my size in store but was unsure if they would have it to try. Despite not having a 14, Perla brought out two pairs of 13s for me to try. After deciding that it was the right shoe Perla searched and found the one store that had the shoe in stock in my size and helped me to order it directly to my house. She was so helpful and made it a smooth process. Will definitely go back!

Absolutely obsessed with this store! Maddie was incredibly helpful and kind. She helped my mother and I pick out the perfect pair of boots (we both got The Annie in different colors). Afterward, we took our boots to get branded. Sean did an amazing job with the branding on my boots! He was even able to brand a custom symbol I designed. I am incredibly happy and super impressed with his work! Will definitely be coming back in to pick up a hat and some more boots!
